<p>Setting fitness goals is one thing, but having the ability to do the human flag and horizontal pull ups is in a league of its own.</p>
<p>If you have fitness goals I think you should check this out. Now I know you might not be able to a single pull up or push up, but all it takes is effort. If you apply yourself and really stick to your guns, you can do achieve the feats of strength shown in this video.</p>
