You tired of complainers? Check this out for some interesting, yet unorthodox ways to relieve the complaining virus!

Very good question!

I for one do not hate complainers because of the simple reason that I am one myself. I cannot tell you how many times I have caught myself complaining to a friend or loved one about various things going on in my life.

Complaining is just something that people do; it’s a part of life.

But is complaining really a part of life, or something we as humans just choose to do?

I personally do not like complaining. Well, let me rephrase that. I do not like when I catch myself complaining.

When I complain, that means that I am just looking at the bad in a particular situation. Did you know, that no matter how bad something is, there is ALWAYS something good?

When I catch myself complaining I immediately try and focus on something that is good for my brain, not bad. Complaining and being negative is something that is BAD. It makes you focus on the bad in life, which ultimately causes bad things to happen to you.

Believe me if you want, I don’t care, but how many times have you been complaining and more bad things have happened to you? Don’t worry, I’ll wait why you think of the hundreds of occurrences.

We as humans are not perfect. You will complain and I will complain, its a part of life. But you can pay attention to the good around you which will indefinitely cause less complaining on your part. Just try to look for the good in things when you are having a bad day and see how quickly the situation turns around.

Now, when someone complains to you, let them, and I am not talking about the people that complain 24/7. The people that do nothing BUT complain, keep away from them the best you can. Some of these people might be good friends or family members that you cannot readily distance yourself from and I understand that. I am talking about the annoying co-worker that has nothing nice or good to say about anything. Keep away from those types of people and put up with the rest.

But if someone is going through something in their life, be a good friend and listen.

So, should you hate complainers? No.

We should just be aware of the complaining we do, and let the other people out there find their own way. If they ask for help, give it to em. If they just need you to lend an ear, give it to em.

Just be aware of what you are doing and we can rd ourselves of this complaining bug one person at a time.

Have you ever wondered if there were different ways to relieve stress? Well here are five ways you can relieve stress RIGHT NOW.

Do you ever find yourself looking for ways to relax after a busy day at work?

I cannot tell you how many times I have finished my day only to be totally stressed out.

Believe it or not, people sometimes find it difficult to relax and calm down after a busy day of work.

Below I have five ways you can relax AFTER a hard days work.

1.) Read a Book – Have you ever found yourself nodding off while reading the paper or a book? I have, and the sole reason for it is relaxation. It is scientifically proven that reading causes almost instant relaxation. I know that some people don’t like reading but it is something I feel all people should partake in at least a few hours a week.

2.) Watch a Movie – Now this is definitely not the best thing to do next to reading, but it does have it’s benefits. When I am working really late, I put in a movie and immediately start to feel relaxed and calm. The main reason for this is called distraction. While your watching a movie your mind gets engulfed in what’s going on and you start to relax. This is also true while reading a book (hint hint).

3.) Work Out – This is my personal favorite, NOT! I mean come on, how many people out there actually like working out? There are the exceptions but most people just hate doing it. Even though it is not on the top ten list of super things to do, it does help you relax. When I get lazy and don’t want to work out, I stretch. Stretching can be hard also, AT FIRST, but it is very beneficial and highly relaxing.

4.) Hobbies – When you get home, do something that you like to do. If you can draw or paint or sculpt, do those things. Maybe you like scrap booking or coloring. I know a few of those are totally lame, but you get the idea. Do something that interests you and go for it.

5.) Do Nothing – If you are the type of person that cannot relax because you have so much on your mind, don’t worry. Sometimes you need to just sit down and watch TV or something. Sometimes less is more. If you have a million things going on, step back and realize that it’s not the end of the world. Grab a piece of paper and start to write things down. If you have to much to do, most likely all it will take is writing your tasks down to relieve a lot of stress.

So there you have it peeps. Doing just one of the things listed above will help your relaxation tremendously. If you have any ides on relaxation, do me a favor and post them in the comment section below.

Good luck and be safe.

So I don’t bore you, I am going to get right to the point; PROPER HEALTH IS MANDATORY!

Now you don’t have to take care of yourself if you don’t want to, but when you do that you are basically saying you don’t care if you live long or not.

Now I know there are people out there that have been smoking all their lives and eat like crap and never work out and end up living to be a hundred years old, but those people are few and far between and if you want want to take that chance you go right ahead and try.

For those of us that are serious about our health, I have a few tips and tricks you can use to start setting some proper fitness goals.

The one thing I want to confess is that I have not worked out consistently for over three months. But you see, that is the reason I am making this post. I think that it is imperative to work out EVERY day.

So because of my laziness, I have recently started my running regiment again which brings me to my first fitness tip.

Tip #1: Set Proper Expectations

-If you are a hundred pounds over weight and think you can lose it all within a couple of months, you are crazy. There are certain surgeries and medical procedures out there that can eliminate your weight pretty fast, but I think they are garbage.

If you really want to lose weight you have to do it the right way; the healthy way. One thing I recommend to you is to set a goal that causes you to stretch but is not impossible.

For example, if you are 100 pounds over weight then you might want to spread the loss of that weight over 10 or 12 months. This way you are loosing it in a healthy manner.

Never set you goals to high or hard at first. When you do that, you get frustrated and things go wrong. Keep it simple and stick with it.

Tip #2: Turn Your Big Goal Into A Small Goal

So with using the above example of loosing 100 pounds in ten months, lets break it down. My advice would be to break the 100 pounds into a monthly, daily, and hourly goal.

The reason for this is so you know exactly what you have to do down to the hour.

So here is what it would look like.

100 pounds in ten months

-10 pounds a month

-0.33 pounds a day

-0.013 pounds an hour

I know when you break it down that much it seems a little over kill but you need to do it. If you feel it’s to much then you can just break it down by the day.

Tip #3: Stay Disciplined

Since I have started running again, I have been running in some pretty crazy stuff. Rain, cold, wind, you name it. No snow yet but it’s coming.

There has been days when I really didn’t feel like running at all. I actually hated every minute of it the first time I went back out. My back hurt, my legs hurt and my entire body ached for several days. Those couple days really reminded me of why people never follow through with work out goals.

So if you are going to go out and start a workout routine, do the listed steps above. You will feel better and you will have a hell of a lot better chance of completing your goal.

So stick with it and remember, STAY FOCUSED!

So if you really want to know the secret to success please read on. This is the technique that every successful person has applied whether they knew it or not. Achieve what you want, read more...

Achievement is something that most people keep in the forefront of their mind.

From what I have seen in my life, most people want to achieve something in their brief existence.

Whether they want to be an astronaut or a fireman, people are always looking for growth.

One thing that you need to realize is that you can achieve anything you want in your life, as long as you are willing to put the time and work into it.

Have you ever sat down and said, “Man, as soon as I get that raise, I will start working harder!” Or “If I only had a million dollars, I would start the business and life that I dream of.” If you have, don’t worry. I have thought these things millions of times myself.

The thing is, you can everything you want in your life right now. All you have to do is be brave enough to stay committed and see it through.

Zig Ziglar said, that you can have anything in life you want, as long as you just help enough other people get what they want. I believe that with all my heart.

So if you want to achieve what you want, get out of fairy tale land. Prince charming is not going to come and save you and it is highly unlikely that you will win the lottery.

YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR WHAT YOU WANT! If you don’t know how to get what you want then that’s fine. The point here is to find something you can do NOW and get to work.

By starting small you will notice that an amazing thing happens; you progress. That’s all success is; sticking with something long enough to receive the desired outcome.

So if you were reading this hoping to find the magic cure or pill that would make you successful, you found it.

What I told you above is all you need to be successful. You have to stick with it and stay committed.

You never know how close you really are to becoming successful until you see things through. You might only need to write one more article, or make one more call to achieve the goal you want.

So go and make that call and write that article and see what the world has in store for you.

With all the negativity in the world, it is sometimes hard for people to visualize exactly what they want in life.

You, like me, probably have all kinds of thoughts and images going through your head at any given time.

The one thing I really want to stress here is the importance of visualization. YOU HAVE TO visualize if you want to achieve anything in your life.

I want you to read this next line over and over again until you have it plastered in your head:

“What you think about most in your life, is what you get!”

If you are always thinking about the bad things in your life, then that is what you will get.

If you don’t believe me then let’s do a little experiment. Sometimes this takes a little longer for some people but others it can be as little as a couple days.

What I want you to do is focus on something that you REALLY need to happen. I know everyone wants to be rich and all that good stuff but just for this exercise lets start a little smaller than wanting 5 billion dollars. The point of this exercise is not only to show you how your thoughts effect everything in your life, but to also give you a little momentum.

Anyway…think about something that you really need to happen. Maybe you need to get that job you applied for, or maybe you need to find someone that will be able to fix your car at a good price. Maybe you need to find a new employee ASAP.

What you want to do is think about whatever it is that you want, as if you have already received it. So if you need that car fixed, think of it as already being done. Visualize your car fixed and you being happy about the outcome.

What you want to do is visualize this before you go to bed and as soon as you get up in the morning. Also, throughout the day, think of it some more. When you have a break or something, visualize the desired outcome and feel the emotions you will feel once this comes to pass.

The main thing when visualizing is feeling it deep down as if it already happened.

I know I am being a little redundant but I really want to drill this in.

So once again, remember that this can take a couple weeks, one week, a day, or even a month. You have to believe without conviction that this desire has already happened and it will.

Once your desired outcome has happened PLEASE leave a comment in the comment section so that others can see the power of visualization.

You can also e-mail me if you have any questions or comments. mindsofwealthgroups@gmail.com

Thank you very much and I wish you all the best.

So now you are out and about trying to find out a way to stay motivated.
Staying motivated is one of the hardest things you can do.

So now you are out and about trying to find out a way to stay motivated.

Staying motivated is one of the hardest things you can do.

Well in light of this horrible problem people are facing, I came up with a list that I know will help you stay motivated.

Shall we begin…

1.) Set Goals – Have you ever heard the phrase, “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail”? That cannot be anymore correct. You have to make sure you set goals. Goals are what keep you motivated and even more, keep you on track. Set some simple goals for whatever it is you want to accomplish in your life, and watch the magic happen. Of course you know that you actually have to work at these goals but either way you get the picture. SET GOALS.

2.) Make A Weekly Plan – Every Sunday I sit down and write out what I want to accomplish in my planner. I have every day and every hour planned out for the week (Monday – Friday). You should definitely do the same.

NOTE: You see I was not always like this. I was lazy, unprepared, and NEVER set goals. I had to condition my body and mind to do the things I knew I should be doing. This is what you have to do. Keep working at it and I promise that eventually the time will come when everything clicks.

3.) DON’T THINK ABOUT IT – This is the most important one of them all. The reason you do not stay motivated is because you let your mind wonder off on all the reasons why you shouldn’t be motivated. You come up with all kinds of reasons why you shouldn’t be doing something. The more you talk yourself out of it the less likely you will stay up on your game.

These are the three things I do to keep myself motivated. Remember that you have to stick with it and keep on trying. If you find yourself loosing motivation, read a good book or motivational quote that will help you pick yourself up.

If you have any suggestions or tips on how you stay motivated please leave them in the comment section. I would like to hear what you have to say. Good luck!

I know a lot of you out there are working in a lot of stuff.

You might have a business you are trying to grow or maybe a career you are trying to build.

Either way I just want you to know that you need to stick with whatever you are doing until it is finished.

I had a friend tell me the other day that I am always getting myself involved in to much stuff. I FINALLY agree with him.

I have had my hands in so much stuff I never really accomplished anything.

So my HONEST advice to you is to stick with what you are doing now and finish it until the end.

If you don’t wanna do that then take inventory of everything you are currently involved in and pick two things that you want more than the others.

For example I am focusing on this site, www.MindsofWealth.com and my self defense website, www.PeopleProtection.com…THAT’S IT!

I also have a job but that is being focused on throughout the day while I focus on this stuff at night when I get home.

Just take my advice on this one. Stick with one thing and watch how much it grows. Good Luck!

OK so recently I was hanging out with a good friend of mine named Seth.

The reason I am telling this to you is because Seth recently showed me the true value of creating a budget. Even though I knew what a budget was, I never really looked at it from Seth’s perspective.

I have known Seth for quite some time now and have always wondered why he drove such an old car and lived so frugally. He was not a cheap guy but I knew he made enough money to have a nicer car. I mean come on, the guy had a 1906 Honda. It wasn’t really that old but you get the picture.

Well after meeting him for our quarterly goal setting meeting, he started to go over the reasons he set up his budget and how it was helping him.

First off let me give kudos to Seth; the guy is doing waaayyy better than I am.

So here is what I found out.

1.) You should have a budget for every month, for every bill.

2.) You should even budget an amount for “Oh Crap” situations. These can be car repairs, home repairs, and whatever else you say “Oh Crap” for.

3.) NEVER steer away from your budget.

Now following these three rules I have made several different changes in my life.

The main thing I have done recently was to eliminate my debt. I got rid of my NEW car and bought a used car. I now have my house (that was just sitting there empty) rented and producing profit. And have got rid of various other bills that I didn’t need.

Basically I was slashing debt left and right. I know this might sound to hard for you to do, but if you really try you can figure it out. Just sit down and get creative.

Now my friend Seth has a very nice chunk of money saved up and even thought his is personal info, I know he wont mind me bragging about him…he deserves it.

Now that I have been following my budget I went from $0 in the bank to almost $400.00.

Now most bloggers would try to hype up their story by telling you they went from $20,000 in the bank to $1,000,000.

I am not here to impress you with all of that hyperbole. I am telling you the truth because I don’t want to sugar coat anything.

That is all the money I have saved in the bank and it will only get bigger.

So the point of this post is for you to know that you can start your savings plan today. All you have to do is start yourself a budget and stick to it. You will be really surprised at how much money you are able to save once you start working on it.

So there you have it. I kind of went off on a tangent but I know you get the picture. If you have any questions please make sure you leave them in the comment section below.

Thank you and happy saving.
