Have you ever wondered if there were different ways to relieve stress? Well here are five ways you can relieve stress RIGHT NOW.

Do you ever find yourself looking for ways to relax after a busy day at work?

I cannot tell you how many times I have finished my day only to be totally stressed out.

Believe it or not, people sometimes find it difficult to relax and calm down after a busy day of work.

Below I have five ways you can relax AFTER a hard days work.

1.) Read a Book – Have you ever found yourself nodding off while reading the paper or a book? I have, and the sole reason for it is relaxation. It is scientifically proven that reading causes almost instant relaxation. I know that some people don’t like reading but it is something I feel all people should partake in at least a few hours a week.

2.) Watch a Movie – Now this is definitely not the best thing to do next to reading, but it does have it’s benefits. When I am working really late, I put in a movie and immediately start to feel relaxed and calm. The main reason for this is called distraction. While your watching a movie your mind gets engulfed in what’s going on and you start to relax. This is also true while reading a book (hint hint).

3.) Work Out – This is my personal favorite, NOT! I mean come on, how many people out there actually like working out? There are the exceptions but most people just hate doing it. Even though it is not on the top ten list of super things to do, it does help you relax. When I get lazy and don’t want to work out, I stretch. Stretching can be hard also, AT FIRST, but it is very beneficial and highly relaxing.

4.) Hobbies – When you get home, do something that you like to do. If you can draw or paint or sculpt, do those things. Maybe you like scrap booking or coloring. I know a few of those are totally lame, but you get the idea. Do something that interests you and go for it.

5.) Do Nothing – If you are the type of person that cannot relax because you have so much on your mind, don’t worry. Sometimes you need to just sit down and watch TV or something. Sometimes less is more. If you have a million things going on, step back and realize that it’s not the end of the world. Grab a piece of paper and start to write things down. If you have to much to do, most likely all it will take is writing your tasks down to relieve a lot of stress.

So there you have it peeps. Doing just one of the things listed above will help your relaxation tremendously. If you have any ides on relaxation, do me a favor and post them in the comment section below.

Good luck and be safe.

I am betting that roughly all of you have.

Step #1 [...]

Soooooooo, how many of you out there have lost your keys at one time or another?

I am betting that roughly all of you have.

It’s OK because I thought I would make a quick post on how I have eliminated that problem once and for all.

Now pay attention to this because it is REALLY simple.

Step #1 Get a Hook or Nail

-What you want to do here is get a simple hook you can find at a hardware store or pretty much any store. If you cant find a small hook then get a nail. Yes, you heard that right, a nail. Now take your hook or nail and put it somewhere that is close to the door that you leave/enter in. That’s it for step one. Easy huh?

Step #2 Put Your Keys On This Hook/Nail EVERY Day!

-This is by far the hardest part of never forgetting your keys. The hard part is not putting your keys on the hook, it’s remembering to put them there. Now, this is going to take somewhere along the lines of 20 days for you to develop the habit of putting your keys on a hook, but it is well worth it.

I know this is sooooo stupid and silly but it works. I know where my keys are ALL THE TIME.

When I leave I grab them from the hook and when I get home I put them back.

I am never wasting time looking for my keys.

And speaking of time, the average person spends close to 20 minutes looking for their keys.

If you lose your keys twice a month at an average of 20 minutes per time, you are wasting 480 minutes a year or 8 hours. That is a whole work day that you could have spent making money instead of looking for keys. I’m just sayin…

Ever wonder how your subconscious mind effects what happens in your day to day life? If so please read on because this is one of a kind information.

I bet you read the title of this post wondering where I was going to go with this whole thing.

So Matt, how can you say that your subconscious does it all?

Well I’m happy you asked. I’m not sure if you know this but what you think on a continual basis is what transpires in your every day life.

Now I always knew that it was important to think positive and stay focused on what you wanted, but I never knew it was that important until I read a book called “The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind.”

Literally everything you think will come to pass if you think about it long enough.

For example, I was recently focused on my website getting more and more sales. I literally went to bed visualizing the image of sales and money coming into my bank account. To give you some background, every time I get a sale from my website I get an e-mail telling me I have received a payment. That is what I visualized when I went to sleep.

To make a long story short, when I got up in the morning I had a sale. Now I know that doesn’t really sell the fact that your subconscious controls everything that you think about but trust me its the truth.

Here is a better example. When my partner and I started our landscaping business we were really hoping to get a large amount of customers. We never worked in lawn care nor did we have any idea as to what we were doing. We literally sat down one day and decided to start a lawn care business.

Well since we focused so hard on getting customers, one day we met a man that was a business broker. We were talking to him about something totally different than lawn care. I mentioned that we wanted to start a lawn care company and he told us that he just spoke with a lady earlier that day that wanted to sell their lawn care business. My partner and I looked at each other in amazement.

To make a long story short, we ended up buying the company about a month later and have been doing well ever since.

The point I am trying to make is this; ALWAYS KEEP TRACK OF YOUR THOUGHTS!

You have to literally take note of what you are thinking and make sure that it is always something positive and uplifting.

Before I go to bed I say to myself the following words: wealth, success, happiness, integrity, and love. I say these things because that’s what I want my mind to focus on before it goes to bed. When I get up in the morning I say the same thing, over and over again.

I am now going to do a little test to prove the success of this practice. I am currently trying to obtain a sales job at a local cellular company. I need this job for the winter since my lawn care company does not do snow plowing.

I already did a pre phone screen and the gentleman told me that if the local manager was interested in my resume, they would call me. I have NOT received a call yet but I am going to use the power of my subconscious mind to get an interview. It has already been two days since the guy on the phone told me they would call so it can be anytime now.

Now I challenge you to do the same thing. Focus on something you really want and believe in your heart that there is no way your desire cannot come to pass. It doesn’t always happen fast but it will happen as long as you have undying faith.

Remember that you have to have a clear vision of what you want and always holed it in your mind. Before you know it your vision will become reality.

So there you have it. Keep strong and make sure you leave a comment in the comment section below when your visions become reality, you will thank me. Good luck and stay positive.

A lot of people want to know about Neuro Associative Conditioning. It is a powerful way to train your mind to associate good feeling with things you otherwise wouldn't like or want to do. Read on if you want to find out how to train your brain.

So if you have ever looked towards bettering yourself I can almost guarantee you have heard of Tony Robbins.

I have been learning from Tony Robbins for about five years now and have just recently REALLY learned from him.

What I am trying to say is this; most people buy a product or go to a seminar and never really do anything with it. This is the problem 99% of people in the world have and is the main reasons people like Tony Robbins and other successful motivators are in business.

I recently got tired of not being in control and am now actually studying his program, Get The Edge!

The one thing I wanted to touch on in his program was what he calls “Neuro Associative Conditioning”.

This is the way your brain deals with day to day emotions. When you want a cigarette or another piece of chocolate cake, neuro association is what tells you it is okay to do so.

The way we work is rather simple really. We link everything to either pain or pleasure; no more no less.

Everything we do is to avoid pain and gain pleasure even though our perception of what pain is can be totally false.

So when you procrastinate and put things off it is because your brain thinks of doing the work as pain. That is why most people put things off until the last minute.

Lets say you have a paper due in two weeks. For most procrastinating people they keep telling themselves that they have plenty of time and keep putting it off. They are avoiding the perceived pain of doing the paper NOW.

So now lets say you have put this paper off for the entire two weeks and it is due tomorrow. Now your brain tells you that you will have more pain if you DONT do the paper than if you do, and you end up cramming it in the night before.

That was my normal style of operation for a long time but that is no longer the case.

Since I have learned what neuro associative conditioning was I am now teaching my brain to not associate pain with the stuff I need to do. I tell my brain that it is good to work out and good to eat healthy foods instead of the other way around.

I know this was not entirely in depth but I am still learning and will share more with you as I progress. If you have any questions please leave them in the comment section below and I will do my best to answer them.
