		<description>I believe the average American consumes about 15% fiber in their daily diet.  Whereas aveage daily input is supposed to be about 40%, bare bones minimum.

I jump start the day, every day, by eating for breakfast 1 cup of unprocessed wheat germ, topped with 2 tbsp. flax seed meal, and a banana.  Tastes pretty good, too.</description>
