Very good question!
I for one do not hate complainers because of the simple reason that I am one myself. I cannot tell you how many times I have caught myself complaining to a friend or loved one about various things going on in my life.
Complaining is just something that people do; it’s a part of life.
But is complaining really a part of life, or something we as humans just choose to do?
I personally do not like complaining. Well, let me rephrase that. I do not like when I catch myself complaining.
When I complain, that means that I am just looking at the bad in a particular situation. Did you know, that no matter how bad something is, there is ALWAYS something good?
When I catch myself complaining I immediately try and focus on something that is good for my brain, not bad. Complaining and being negative is something that is BAD. It makes you focus on the bad in life, which ultimately causes bad things to happen to you.
Believe me if you want, I don’t care, but how many times have you been complaining and more bad things have happened to you? Don’t worry, I’ll wait why you think of the hundreds of occurrences.
We as humans are not perfect. You will complain and I will complain, its a part of life. But you can pay attention to the good around you which will indefinitely cause less complaining on your part. Just try to look for the good in things when you are having a bad day and see how quickly the situation turns around.
Now, when someone complains to you, let them, and I am not talking about the people that complain 24/7. The people that do nothing BUT complain, keep away from them the best you can. Some of these people might be good friends or family members that you cannot readily distance yourself from and I understand that. I am talking about the annoying co-worker that has nothing nice or good to say about anything. Keep away from those types of people and put up with the rest.
But if someone is going through something in their life, be a good friend and listen.
So, should you hate complainers? No.
We should just be aware of the complaining we do, and let the other people out there find their own way. If they ask for help, give it to em. If they just need you to lend an ear, give it to em.
Just be aware of what you are doing and we can rd ourselves of this complaining bug one person at a time. ![]()

Do you ever find yourself looking for ways to relax after a busy day at work?
I cannot tell you how many times I have finished my day only to be totally stressed out.
Believe it or not, people sometimes find it difficult to relax and calm down after a busy day of work.
Below I have five ways you can relax AFTER a hard days work.
1.) Read a Book – Have you ever found yourself nodding off while reading the paper or a book? I have, and the sole reason for it is relaxation. It is scientifically proven that reading causes almost instant relaxation. I know that some people don’t like reading but it is something I feel all people should partake in at least a few hours a week.
2.) Watch a Movie – Now this is definitely not the best thing to do next to reading, but it does have it’s benefits. When I am working really late, I put in a movie and immediately start to feel relaxed and calm. The main reason for this is called distraction. While your watching a movie your mind gets engulfed in what’s going on and you start to relax. This is also true while reading a book (hint hint).
3.) Work Out – This is my personal favorite, NOT! I mean come on, ho
w many people out there actually like working out? There are the exceptions but most people just hate doing it. Even though it is not on the top ten list of super things to do, it does help you relax. When I get lazy and don’t want to work out, I stretch. Stretching can be hard also, AT FIRST, but it is very beneficial and highly relaxing.
4.) Hobbies – When you get home, do something that you like to do. If you can draw or paint or sculpt, do those things. Maybe you like scrap booking or coloring. I know a few of those are totally lame, but you get the idea. Do something that interests you and go for it.
5.) Do Nothing – If you are the type of person that cannot relax because you have so much on your mind, don’t worry. Sometimes you need to just sit down and watch TV or something. Sometimes less is more. If you have a million things going on, step back and realize that it’s not the end of the world. Grab a piece of paper and start to write things down. If you have to much to do, most likely all it will take is writing your tasks down to relieve a lot of stress.
So there you have it peeps. Doing just one of the things listed above will help your relaxation tremendously. If you have any ides on relaxation, do me a favor and post them in the comment section below.
Good luck and be safe.

This is an awesome video about Sylvester Stalone’s life, narrated by Tony Robbins.
Tony Robbins goes through the entire story of what Sylvester Stalone did to become successful and how he overcame adversity. Sly went from being homeless to being one of the most sought after actors of his time.
Apparently Tony and Sly hang out a few times and throughout all of their interaction, they became friends. This is truly an inspirational story about how someone can go from nothing, to amazing.
Forgive me for the video being too long, but I didn’t make it. Either way, it is well worth the nine minutes it takes to watch it.
So sit back and gain some motivation from the one and only Tony Robbins.

There is only one way to say what I have to say, “You Have To See This!”
This video shows such extreme feats of strength, its amazing.
This is a video from Barmasters Xtreme, a company that trains people on nothing but their body weight and a pull up bar.
Setting fitness goals is one thing, but having the ability to do the human flag and horizontal pull ups is in a league of its own.
If you have fitness goals I think you should check this out. Now I know you might not be able to a single pull up or push up, but all it takes is effort. If you apply yourself and really stick to your guns, you can do achieve the feats of strength shown in this video.
So check this out and please leave a comment/question below.
Thanks a lot and be safe.

With the new year approaching I thought it would be proper to talk about a few resolutions.
When most people think of resolutions they think of working out and or exercising which is what I am going to talking about today.
I want to give the the top three things I do to keep in shape. Now, I am not the best at this, but it has sure helped accomplish some exercise rather than none.
So here we go…
1.) Stretch – I usually stretch about 10 minutes every day. I am not sure where I read this, but stretching 20 minutes a day for a year can add up to five pounds of muscle to your frame. Not bad for doing nothing but a little stretch in the morning. Not to mention how stretching helps deter bodily injury and pulled muscles. Stretching is a win/win situation.
2.) Drink a Gallon Of Water EVERY DAY! – I “try” to drink a gallon of water EVERY day and nothing else. I mean I don’t drink pop or juice or anything along those lines. Once again, not sure where I read this, but cutting all sugary drinks from your diet will also allow you to lose up to 5 pounds of fat in one year. Now when you drink that much water you will be able to see some drastic changes. Not only will you be using the bathroom a lot more, you will have more energy, your skin will clear up, and you will just feel generally better throughout the day.
3.) Eat 2 Servings Of Fruit and Vegetables Every Day – Now I know you hear this one a lot too but it is something I think you should do. I do my best to eat some fruit and vegetables every day. Even if I cant eat two servings, I try to get something in my system. I was on this kick where I was eating an apple every morning but I stopped because I got lazy and quit. I am not back on that kick and I must say I feel so much better after eating an apple every day. And just to let you know, although fresh veggies and fruit are the best, to save time and money go with frozen stuff. I buy the little bags of frozen vegetables and they seem to be working just fine.
So there you have it. I bet you thought I was going to have you running around the block and doing push-ups and all that crap didn’t you? Well not me. I must admit that exercising is VERY important but it is not EASY. That is why I gave a list of “3 Easy Ways To Stay Fit”.
So go on my children and be fit. If you have any questions about what I published today, send us an e-mail. Be safe, and never give up!

With the economy being the way it is, people everywhere are looking for more work. Countless jobs are being dissolved and people are panicking to find something that can support their families.
The problem is that most people try to get a job by dressing like a homeless person. They wear worn-out clothes and their personal hygiene is a little less than perfect.
Well if you are one of these people then I have a surprise for you. Below I have the top three things you can do to look more professional so you can land that million dollar a year job.
1.) Iron Your Clothes
- When you go to an interview, your first impression is all you have. When your potential boss looks at you, the first thing they immediately do is judge the way you look. They might not even realize that they are doing it, but believe me, they are.
Make sure you iron your clothes before an interview. Even better is to iron your clothes every day. I can admit that I don’t iron my clothes EVERY day but I do when I have an interview or important meeting.
Also, make sure you have a lint brush with you at all times. I keep one in my brief case and it has saved my butt more than I can remember.
2.) Shave/Trim/Wash
- Before you go out on an interview or important meeting, make it a point to practice personal hygiene. BEFORE I leave the house I make sure I leave myself roughly an hour of prep time. I use this time to shave, shower, and clean my body. Use Que-tips for God sake. Shave your face LAST so that the good old 5 o’clock shadow doesn’t come poking it’s way in. For the ladies, you can do the same. You grow hair just like the men so make sure you pay attention and keep everything in check.
Also, when washing, make sure you wash yourself TWICE. You never want to miss anything and smelling/looking good is key to landing that job. People remember how other people smell so keep that in mind.
One last tip for this section; make sure you don’t take a bath in cologne/perfume. A couple sprays will suffice so make sure you smell good but don’t overdo it.
3.) Bring A Resume and Writing Paper With You
- When you get there, the first thing you should do is give your interviewer your resume. The second thing you should do is take good notes. For the most part you are going to be the one answering questions but there is usually a part where you can inquire about the position. When they see you taking notes they will immediately be impressed. Take good notes and bring that resume with you.
So there you have it! This is just a small fraction of the things you can do to look more professional, but there are the things that have worked for mew. To date, I have been interviewed close to 20 times and got hired and or promoted 18 of them. So what I am saying is true. Not to mention that this stuff is extremely easy. So keep it going and remember to be yourself. Good luck!

Staying positive is one of the most important things you can do as an individual.
With all of the day to day struggles and crap going on, it’s sometimes hard to stay positive and upbeat.
Well I have come up with a list that I think will help you achieve your positivity goal.
Below are 5 ideas I know you can use to stay positive.
1.) Smile – It is scientifically proven that if you smile your body will follow suit and begin to feel better. By smiling you will be able to stay positive, and by staying positive you will begin to improve your life.
2.) Set Goals – It is really hard to stay positive when you have no direction in your life. Set goals! If you don’t like setting yearly goals and monthly goals, set weekly goals. At least you will know what you want to get done through the week, which will allow you to stay focused, relaxed, and positive.
3.) Live In A Day Tight Compartment – What you do tomorrow and what you did yesterday does not matter. What you need to do is stay in the present. You need to remember this, W.I.N – Whats Important Now!. Don’t worry about all the stuff that needs to get done next month or week. What do you have to do now? If you ask yourself that question you will immediately start to feel a lot better and even more positive.
4.) Relax – Now I know you might be saying, “I can I relax when I am stressed out and out of control?” Well that’s exactly why you need to relax and take a deep breath. You need to realize that you will never be able to stay really positive until you can sit back and look at the big picture, and the way you do that is by relaxing. Relax and grow positive!
5.) Be Thankful – If nothing else listed above helps you then do this; be thankful. Sit back and look at all you have to be thankful for. You might not have it the best right now but look at the things you do have. Do you have a place to sleep? Do you have food to eat? Do you have clothes on? Are you healthy, or do you have the choice to be healthy if you want? Are you alive? These are all things I did when I was down in the dumps and it helped me profusely.
So there you have it.
What I would do if I were you is print this off and keep it with you always. Read it every day for a month and see how your attitude changes. They say that a habit is created when you do something for 20-30 days straight. Develop that habit and move towards your dream of a positive life.
Good luck!
